Brisbane alternative pop/rock singer Hope D, known to her family and friends as Hope Defteros, began writing and playing music at age 9. Since the age of 18 she’s been incessantly hitting the stages around Brisbane. Having been in the local music scene since 2017, she has grown significantly as an artist, developing a unique music style and image which she infuses into each performance.

Her compelling and free flowing lyrics layered on looped acoustic guitar riffs makes for an infectious live show and has earned her a loyal local following
